Regular nursing and wellness checks are provided to ensure compliance with all medical, nursing, dietary, pharmacy and other healthcare instructions. Vital signs are taken at every home visit . Blood and urine samples are collected for laboratory analysis as deemed neccessary by primary care provider(s).
In-Home Electrocardiogram ( EKG ) & Holter Monitor
Electrocardiogram (EKG) are usually requested by your medical practitioners for many reasons including the monitoring of heart rhythm to detect any irregularities; detecting heart muscle damage from previous heart attack episodes; detecting of heart diseases; evaluating the effectiveness of treatment; and pre-op or post-op assessments.
Holter Monitors (24 hour or Ambulatory ECG) may be ordered by your physician or medical practitioner to evaluate the heart rhythm or to diagnose heart conditions such as Atrial flutter or Fibrillation; Tachycardia (fast heart rate); Bradycardia (slow heart rate) or Ventricular Tachycardia. Holter monitors screens can also be ordered if a traditional EKG does not provide enough details about a heart's condition.
We are able to provide these services in the safety and comfort of your home as ordered by your cardiologist or other health care provider(s).
We use Nasiff Cardiac Suite™ and all EKG and Holter monitor readings are forwarded immediately to the ordering provider. Some can even be viewed in real-time for immediate evaluation and assessment.
