These services will be provided to patients that are seen by Cardiology or Family Practice providers who are in need of Holter monitor placements and/or EKG assessments. Our team of qualified health care personnel performs 12-lead electrocardiography (EKG) testing on-site at your bedside using Nasiff Cardiac Suite™ hospital-grade, digital, and portable equipment.
These services will be provided to patients that are seen by Cardiology or Family Practice providers who are in need of Holter monitor placements and/or EKG assessments. Interpretation and results are issued by US based, board-certified Cardiologists and are viewed by the provider in real-time or immediately transmitted electronically.

In addition, we also provide diabetic wound assessment & care, diabetic management, weight management, pressure ulcer assessment & care, and podiatry assessment. All care and assessment provided will be under the direct supervision of your primary care & specialist medical provider(s).

Most importantly, unless otherwise recommended by your primary care provider, these services can be provided to patients in the safety and comfort of their homes. This eliminates the need for patients to endure the added stress of office wait times, long travel times, transportation fares /tolls, and heavy traffic getting to office locations.
